Bethany Alice Black
Owner and Teacher
I began performing when I was 3 years old going to ballroom and latin classes with my big brother and sister. After one shimmy on the dance floor I was hooked and after years at local theatre schools, graduated from Bird College in 2013.
I’ve been working ever since performing in shows such as Priscilla Queen of the Desert and most recently becoming the lead vocalist at The London Cabaret Club.
I have always kept up teaching work whilst performing because I love working with children who are passionate about theatre as I was at their age. I have worked for large franchises teaching theatre and now want to create my own family feel school which gives more nurturing and personalised classes that serve the community.

Rebecca Michie
Rebecca is a graduate of Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford, recently gaining her degree in Musical Theatre. From a very young age, she has been inspired by the arts and has been singing/dancing for as long as she can remember! During her training she has appeared in Professional Pantomimes across the UK. She cannot wait to get started and inspire the younger generation with how fabulous musical theatre can be!

Francesca Pim
Francesca is a triple threat performer who graduated from Guildford School of Acting. Originally from Jersey, Francesca spent many years teaching and running her own classes from baby ballet all the way to adult dance. Francesca appeared in the Salad Days UK tour and has also been nominated for a panto award for her many panto performances! Francesca will be teaching on Saturdays at Arches Lane Theatre as well as at Jesse's House.

Florence Henderson
Florence graduated from ArtsEd in 2019 training in Musical Theatre, and made her professional debut at Crazy Coqs. This year Florence made her directorial debut when she opened her musical Little Women at the South London Theatre. She is currently directing Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, which opens in December 2025. Florence previously visited BB Broadway classes as a nanny and is super excited to be part of the team, she will be teaching at Arches Lane theatre as well as throughout the week for our kids classes and camps!

Clea Godsill
Clea Godsill is a dance artist, musician and teacher. She trained at Tring Park School for the performing arts and London Contemporary Dance School, earning her Master’s degree in 2020. Her performing credits include acting in Die Walkure at the Royal Opera House (2025), dancing with Theater St Gallen (2018-19), and touring with Frankly Speaking Productions in The Snow Queen (2020) and Tom’s Midnight Garden (2021-22). As a singer, Clea was a finalist on the BBC1 show Pitch Battle and was part of the winning BBC School Choir of the Year. Alongside BB Broadway, Clea teaches for Alyssia Fleur School of Dance, Baby Brain Training and West End in Schools.

Issy Cowan
Issy is a triple threat performer who attended Tring park performing arts school and is currently training at ArtsEd ahead of a full 3 year degree. She is an excellent performer who brings incredible energy to everything she does. She even hosts her own radio show in a local hospital! Issy teaches our after school club at Galleywall Primary School as well as in Battersea and other locations for our baby and toddler lessons and we are thrilled to have her join us!

Cait Arran
Cait graduated from East 15 Acting School in 2025 and has always had a passion for performing and working with young people. Originally from West Wales, Cait has a background in theatre and is passionate about creating a fun, supportive and inclusive environment where children can build confidence and express themselves through performance. Cait previously participated in BB Broadway classes whilst working part time in a nursery, so is super excited to now be part of the team! Cait is looking forward to sharing a love of theatre with the next generation of performers and helping young people discover their own confidence and creativity.

Mhairi Angus
Mhairi is a professional singer based in London who trained at The Royal Academy of Music with an additional Singing Teaching Qualification from the Academy. For the past few years, alongside her credits in Musical Theatre (including playing Martha in Heathers on tour, in London and in the Pro-shot version in Amazon Prime), she has worked in various schools as a cover music curriculum teacher as well as a teaching assistant for children with additional needs. Inclusivity, community and accessibility lie at the heart of everything Mhairi does, she has seen the positive impact that music can have on so many children first hand and feels very passionately about it.

Claudia Ulrick
Claudia trained in professional dance and musical theatre at the Urdang Academy. She absolutely love classic, old-school musical theatre - especially tap shows like Anything Goes! Alongside theatre, she love running, sushi and a classic romance book. Claudia teaches at our Meplace sites as well as in Highgate and is so excited to share her passion for performing with the next generation of stars.

Ella Morelle
Ella trained in Musical Theatre at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama graduating with her Masters in 2023, and also with the National Youth Music Theatre. Since graduating Ella has performed in theatres across London in various concerts and cabarets. Ella is trained in Estill Vocal Technique and enjoys teaching singing and working with young people and little ones to share her passion for Musical Theatre. She currently also works for NYMT within the pastoral team and for the London Musical Theatre Orchestra as a Marketing Assistant.
