Bethany Alice Whiteley
BB Broadway founder Bethany will be moving between both sites to assist and keep everything running smoothly. After graduating from Bird College in 2013, Bethany has gone on to perform internationally in Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, 2 Become 1: the 90's pop musical, as well as in pantomimes and as a guest singer for P&O, NCL and Cunard cruises.

Ella Morelle
Ella trained in Musical Theatre at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama graduating with her Masters in 2023, and also with the National Youth Music Theatre. Since graduating Ella has performed in theatres across London in various concerts and cabarets. Ella is trained in Estill Vocal Technique and enjoys teaching singing and working with young people and little ones to share her passion for Musical Theatre. She currently also works for NYMT within the pastoral team and for the London Musical Theatre Orchestra as a Marketing Assistant.

Claudia Ulrick
Claudia is trained in professional dance and musical theatre at the Urdang Academy. She absolutely love classic, old-school musical theatre - especially tap shows like Anything Goes! Alongside theatre, she loves running, sushi and a classic romance book. She so excited to get started and can't wait to share my passion for performing with the next generation of stars.

Megan Brooks
Megan trained in musical theatre at the Urdang Academy and has since found a love of working with young children from all backgrounds through music and the performing arts. She has worked with children and young people in SEN settings as well as theatre schools and nurseries and enjoy the self expression singing and the performing arts can bring!

Issy Cowan
Issy is a triple threat performer who attended Tring park performing arts school and is currently training at ArtsEd ahead of a full 3 year degree. She is an excellent performer who brings incredible energy to everything she does. She even hosts her own radio show in a local hospital! Issy teaches our after school club at Galleywall Primary School as well as in Battersea and other locations for our baby and toddler lessons and we are thrilled to have her join us!

Mhairi Angus
Mhairi a professional singer based in London who trained at The Royal Academy of Music with an additional Singing Teaching Qualification from the Academy. For the past few years, alongside her credits in Musical Theatre (including playing Martha in Heathers on tour, in London and in the Pro-shot version in Amazon Prime), she has worked in various schools as a cover music curriculum teacher as well as a teaching assistant for children with additional needs. Inclusivity, community and accessibility lies at the heart of Mhairi's work. Mhairi says 'I have seen the positive impact that music can have on so many children first hand and feel very passionately about it.'

Florence Henderson
Florence graduated from ArtsEd in 2019 training in Musical Theatre, and made her professional debut at Crazy Coqs. In 2025 Florence made her directorial debut when she opened her musical Little Women at the South London Theatre. She also directed Rogers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella, which opened in December 2025.

Phoebe Pennington
Phoebe graduated from LMA London with a First Class Honours degree in Musical Theatre in 2023. She is a lover of all things stagey and has been singing and dancing since she was little. Phoebe thoroughly enjoys teaching and aims to create a fun and exciting space for young performers to explore their passions and build confidence.
