Our Stars.
Inclusive
We use Makaton sign throughout all of our classes. We want to create a safe space for all children and increase representation of the SEN community so we create inclusive spaces for everyone. We are also sensitive to the language we use regarding family. We want to reflect the diverse cultures and families of our students and want them to feel seen in classes by representing all dynamics of families, parents and carers. We also aim for our classes to be financially accessible to all with bursaries, power parent discounts and financial aid schemes to ensure every child who wants to attend a BB Broadway class, is able to do so, without any financial or access barriers.

Gender Neutral
We’re rewriting the curriculum when it comes to theatre education and removing outdated gender stereotypes from the early years education sector. We’re creating more role models and character for females and encouraging kids to be who they want to be, by offering them representation of it in our classes

Sustainable
We source all of our kit and equipment second hand. We use no single use plastics in class and all of our student and teacher uniform is climate neutral. We are advocates for making instruments and props for children from what you have lying around at home and all of our sensory blankets are made from recycled materials!

Award Winning
We are thrilled to have been awarded the ‘Excellence in Musical Theatre’ award at the Music and Drama Education Awards 2025.
We were nominated alongside some incredible suppliers and theatre practitioners including Chicken Shed, the RSC and Theatre Peckham. We have worked tirelessly to make theatre education more inclusive as well as give improved access for children to theatre, putting them on professional stages and giving them professional performing experiences that are accessible.
